A guild is a reunion not only of characters but of people who enjoy playing together, a roleplaying guild has yet another thing added to it, the interaction on a character level to build interesting stories and develop a new fictional persona. A Roleplaying End Game guild, has all of that and another objective added, to see end game content.

Wow has a level based structure, that means that characters are not rated about their skills, like UO, that makes possible newly made characters and well developed characters share same content, since the endgame characters can protect the younger ones. No, on lvl based games you have zones and aggro range restricted by lvl, also the experience received by lower lvl characters is very reduced if they group with higher lvl or even if these higher lvl hit an enemy. That means that the very structure of the game states that to share same content you must be about same lvl.

Now what is the implications of that on RP? Well, we dont just rp in cities, we rp adventurers and they do things, quests, instances, even the outfit is limited by Lvl, so, to have a more concise and constant RP guild we should try , within the possibilities , to level up the characters the best we can - NOT FORGETTING THIS IS A GAME that means, is fun not a Job.

What we want to build is an RP end game guild, a group of friends and a group of characters that are together for a reason, that are under same flag for a purpose , after all your character must have an IC reason to be here , to interact with others and to pursue "power".

And once you reach 70? Then another kind of "segregation" begins, it has to do with gear, since lvls no longer gives you power, and has to do with keys, attunements and such, also... Flying mounts, yes without that, no one can go to dungeons of Tempest Keep. So the game changes from lvl up to other attainment, that means that there is much to do on this game, is not bad, it would be dull if we didnt have those challenges but... it would be dull without weaving stories and making our characters grow not only as power but as story and persona, after all this is what rp is all about.

So if you want to make your adventurer memorable not only in power but with a rich story and persona, welcome! Share this dream =)
